Wall framing · Virginia Beach: Rotted studs and plate under a window. Replaced the framing and wrapped it in house wrap.
Kitchen floor · Virginia Beach: Opened up the floor, rebuilt the framing and laid new subfloor.
Deck · Newport News: Bare yard with no deck off the back door. Built a new deck with railings, wide steps and lattice skirting.
Flooring · Mechanicsville: Old laminate floor. Tore it out and installed new vinyl plank throughout.
Fence · York County: Set new posts and built a wood privacy fence.
